MudTechSuite respects the confidentiality of well data and customer information. This policy describes what we collect when you use our website, licensing, and application services.
Information we collect
When you download MudTechSuite, request support, or purchase a license, we may collect contact information (such as email), device identifiers used for license binding, and payment references processed by Paystack. Well report data you enter in the application is stored locally on your workstation unless you enable sync or export features configured by your organization.
Our website may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance. We use Vercel and related infrastructure providers to host mudtechsuite.com.
How we use information
We use collected information to provide licensing, deliver updates, respond to support requests, and improve product reliability. We do not sell personal information. Diagnostic logs, when enabled, help troubleshoot application errors and contain no well report content unless you explicitly include it in a support submission.
