License grant

MudTechSuite grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software according to your purchased plan (evaluation, company, or workstation). Each workstation seat binds to one device. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or sublicense the software except as expressly permitted.

Ownership and intellectual property

MudTechSuite, its source code, calculation methods, report layouts, designs and documentation are the exclusive property of Romera Enterprise, a registered company in Nigeria, and are protected by copyright, trade secret and trademark law. MudTechSuite is a trademark of Romera Enterprise. The software is licensed, never sold.

Prohibited use

You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, resell, share license keys, bypass licensing or security controls, use the software or its outputs to build a competing product (including through automated or AI-assisted analysis), or access another account's data. Breach ends your license immediately, and Romera Enterprise may pursue injunctive relief, damages and any other remedy available under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Evaluations and subscriptions

The 45-day evaluation provides full-platform access on a single workstation without payment. Paid licenses renew annually unless otherwise stated at purchase. Fees are processed via Paystack; chargebacks or payment disputes may suspend license activation.

MudTechSuite provides engineering calculation and reporting tools. Operators remain responsible for verifying results against applicable standards, company procedures, and well-specific requirements. Software is provided as-is within the limits of applicable law.
