By downloading, evaluating, or licensing MudTechSuite, you agree to these terms. Please read them before deploying the software across your organization.
License grant
MudTechSuite grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software according to your purchased plan (evaluation, company, or workstation). Each workstation seat binds to one device. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or sublicense the software except as expressly permitted.
Evaluations and subscriptions
The 45-day evaluation provides full-platform access on a single workstation without payment. Paid licenses renew annually unless otherwise stated at purchase. Fees are processed via Paystack; chargebacks or payment disputes may suspend license activation.

MudTechSuite provides engineering calculation and reporting tools. Operators remain responsible for verifying results against applicable standards, company procedures, and well-specific requirements. Software is provided as-is within the limits of applicable law.
